Nepali Army of Government of Nepal gets included by World Book of Records
For performing largest Nepali folk beats using Madals (Traditional Nepali Folk Instrument) by 558 Nepali Army Serving Personnel at Tundikhel, Kathmandu.
Solicitor Santosh Shukla (President and CEO, World Book of Records) has announced that Nepali Army of Government of Nepal has been included by World Book of Records for performing largest Nepali folk beats using Madals (Traditional Nepali Folk Instrument) by 558 Nepali Army Serving Personnel at Tundikhel, Kathmandu on 16 February 2023.
The Record Certificate was presented to CoAS General Prabhuram Sharma by Mr. Sagar Katwal an official of World Book of Records.
Significantly, Madal is one of the most widely used musical instruments of Nepal. The WBR team verified the record set by the National Army. As Madal is number one in the list of widely used musical instruments in the country.
Mr. Shukla briefed that Certificate of Record (CoR) is an authenticated document of the certification division of World Book of Records Limited which is bestowed upon a person, place or thing with maintaining specific standards to serve in a concerned field or respected area of activities.
On being recognized by the World Book of Records, London (UK), CoAS General Prabhuram Sharma was congratulated by members of the Central Working Committee of WBR and other dignitaries from international scenario. #WBR #Alma Times
