Giant 2144-Kilogram Motichoor Laddoo Made in Seven Days

Indore – Chef A.P. Singh, renowned Chef and CEO of 4Seasons Event Management, has been recognized for creating the largest single-piece laddoo weighing an astounding 2144 kilograms. This culinary marvel was completed in just seven days, culminating on September 7, 2024.   The giant Motichoor laddoo, dedicated to Lord Ganesha during Ganesh Chaturthi, exemplifies Singh’s dedication to innovation and teamwork. A group of 15 skilled individuals collaborated to craft this massive sweet, blending tradition with grandeur. 

The recognition ceremony was a grand affair, attended by dignitaries including Mr. Simon N. Ovens DL, HM The King Charles III’s Representative from London; Spiritual Leader HH Shri Rajrajeshwar Guruji; Justice V.K. Shukla from the Madhya Pradesh High Court Bench; and Mr. Swapnil Kothari, Chancellor of Renaissance University. The event also welcomed representatives from over 25 Indian states and global delegates from the United States, Switzerland, the UK, Nepal, Dubai, and other nations. 

Chef Singh has been pushing boundaries annually by increasing the size of the laddoo, making it a hallmark of the festival. This achievement has not only brought pride to Sri Vijaya Puram but has also gained national acclaim, showcasing India’s rich culinary heritage on a grand scale.
