The provisional certificate was bestowed to Mr. Priyank Mishra, IAS (Collector and District Magistrate, Dhar) by Dr. Bharat Sharma (Member, Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India) in the gracious presence of Hon’ble Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan (Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh), Shri Rajvardhan Singh Dattigaon (Cabinet Minister Government of Madhya Pradesh)  and officials of Shri Ambika Ashram, Balipur. The event was coordinated by Mr. Shringar Shrivastava (Additional Collector for District Magistrate Dhar).
