Student of class fourth of Garima Vidya Vihar Sr. School Indore gets wounded by pricking of Geometric Rounder

Police assured of imposing rules of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and taking action against the School Management.

Indore: Student of class fourth of Garima Vidya Vihar Sr. School Indore was wounded with pricking of Geometric Rounder more than 100 counts  by three classmates in trivial matters  during period time while the subject teacher was absent. This shocking incident made parents awestruck and hurt along with exposing the sheer negligence of the School Management. Father of Aradhya Pandey, Mr. Brajesh Pandey took the matter seriously and talked to the School Management but he was told to do necessary action. He was denied permission to show footage of CCTV cameras when the incident happened.

Mr. Pandey then lodged the complaint against to the School Management at Aerodrome Police Station. However, Mr.  Rajesh Sahu, TI Aerodrome Police Station and ACP Malharganj Indore Mr. Vivek Singh took serious note of this incidence and assured of imposing rules of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and taking action against the School Management. On this shocking incident, Shri Santosh Shukla, Supreme Court Advocate, said that it is a matter of grave concern and responsibility of the School Management.
